Discover the stories of five remarkable Pacific women whose scholarship, activism and leadership helped shape the region and the world. From Fiji and Papua New Guinea to Kiribati, the Marshall Islands and the Cook Islands, their lives spanned environmental activism, education, cultural leadership and Pacific Studies.
Curated by Professor Katerina Teaiwa and Solstice Middleby, this exhibition brings their contributions and legacies into focus, celebrating women whose important roles in Pacific history have too often been overlooked.
